Australia cricket legend and the best leg-spinner ever, Shane Warne, has passed away, aged 52.

Warne’s management made a concise announcement that he passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a presumed heart failure.

“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived. The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course,” the statement reads.

The news is the second obliterating blow for Australian cricket inside 24 hours with individual legendary, Rod Marsh, likewise passing away on Friday having experienced a a heart attack last week.

Shane Warne was loved by millions across the globe, Warne is considered by a larger number of people as the best bowler to play the game.
