‘Contribution has been immense,’ Virat Kohli thanks outgoing support staff

India skipper Virat Kohli expressed gratitude toward the team’s head coach Ravi Shastri and other individuals from the support staff, whose residency ended at the T20 World Cup, commending them for their commitment in setting up an impressive outfit.

While India neglected to fit the bill for the elimination rounds of the ICC T20 World Cup in the UAE, the Shastri-Kohli team alongside bowling trainer Bharat Arun and handling mentor R Sridhar were important for a set-up that won two Test series in Australia.
