The summer transfer window has officially closed, bringing weeks of record spending, blockbuster transfers and major squad rebuilds across European football.

Premier League clubs once again dominated the market, with spending reaching unprecedented levels. Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United all made significant investments as they looked to strengthen their squads.

Manchester City were among the biggest spenders, making major investments in midfield and attack. Their headline signing was Enzo Fernández, who joined from Chelsea for around £125 million. City also brought in Elliot Anderson, Ayyoub Bouaddi and Iliman Ndiaye, highlighting their intention to build a new generation of the squad.

Chelsea were another major force in the market, spending around £347 million. Their biggest deal was Morgan Rogers, who arrived for approximately £117 million. Tottenham also spent heavily, investing around £303 million on players including Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes and Savinho.
