Tennis giants have only a week left to prepare for the third Grand Slam of the year, with Wimbledon starting next Monday, June 27 without Russian and Belarusian players.
Daniil Medvedev, as well as top 10 players Andrey Rublev and Arnya Sabalenka, won’t be permitted to play after the All England Lawn Tennis Club banned Russian and Belarusian players from contending because of the invasion of Ukraine.
The grasscourt Grand Slam has been deprived of its ranking points by the ATP and WTA Tours following the April decision.
