Cricket Australia (CA) have reported that they intend to cancel the one-off Test match against Afghanistan if new Taliban rules endure to retain women from contending in sports. Afghanistan were scheduled to visit Australia to play a Test match at the Blundstone stadium in Hobart. Although, given the current conditions, the short visit is in peril now, despite the fact that the Taliban have given the men’s team the go-ahead to contend in global fixtures.
